Wonderful welcoming atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. Loved the delicious snack basket upon arrival and the fantastic coffee machine available—truly a thoughtful touch.

The room was spacious and cozy, with a decent coffee machine in the lounge. I appreciated the friendly staff, especially at the front desk. A bus station right across the road made getting around easy, but it would have been nice to have pastries with that coffee.

Location can be tricky without a car!!! Navigating the busy intersection and nearby highway can be a hassle. The shower controls need clearer instructions, and small storage for a family of four just doesn't cut it!!!

the courtyard area has lovely outdoor furnitures but no elevator makes lugging bags tough.

i almost thought about leaving a good review. but then i found fallen eyelash extensions and broken bathtub porcelain! paying $175 for that? no bedside table lamps either. i mean, where's the upgrade or complimentary gesture i expected? definitley not staying here again, even though the coffee machine was decent.

The hotel is perfectly located near shopping centers and an array of dining options. The friendly staff made our stay enjoyable! A lovely outdoor picnic area added to the charm.

Housekeeping could be more consistent with replenishing coffee supplies. the lighting in the room was a bit dim for reading comfortably.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the clean rooms with modern amenities. The helpful staff made a real difference, and when we headed to the Port of Vancouver, they gave us great directions. Perfect spot for families, with a cozy atmosphere.

My kids wished there was a pool for some fun swimming time.

Family getaway, cozy vibes

Location was central and access to hwys was great. The staff were all fabulous and helpful, they provided us with bottles of water and snacks upon check-in,, a really nice touch. My son ended up fixing an issue we had with the toilet and they gave us a refund for that, totally unexpected.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but considering the amenities and service, it was still acceptable.

Family with children will appreciate it

The room was spacious, clean, and had a high-end coffee maker in the lobby! The staff were super friendly, especially Hameed at checkout, who made us feel appreciated, and to top it, we had a treat basket in our room!
